Linda Shephard
Licensed Professional Counselor

Disappointment can turn to discouragement and disillusionment with other people, things, with self, or with circumstances if we allow it.   It sometimes takes all the self-discipline, self-control, determination, and sacrifice that you have to seek professional help.  I would like to assist you in finding hope and fulfilment in the areas of your life you want to succeed.  In matters of faith, a good word sometimes can make those who are crushed in the spirit, glad, encouraged and refreshed.

In 2001, I received a Master from the University of West Alabama, Livingston, AL focusing on the field of counseling, and received my counseling licensure in 2012.  I have worked in the counseling field for 9 years, and 15 + years of experience in substance abuse and domestic violence intervention.

The areas that I can be of assistance are personal relationship problems; couple, marital, and family concerns.   Individual struggles; depression, anxiety, self-worth concerns, stress, trauma, behavioral issues, coping skills, spiritual discord, and grief/loss.
