Our Organization is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team! (An Associate Licensed Counselor or Licensed MSW may be considered.)


This individual will provide individual, group, marriage and family counseling, and must be comfortable working with individuals of all ages, with an emphasis on children and teens. Minimum two years post-graduate experience is required. Other program coordination duties are involved. The work schedule is primarily 8:30 am- 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Some after-hours group facilitation work may be required.

Conduct behavioral and mental health assessments

Provide therapy to individuals with a variety of mental, emotional and behavioral needs.

Implement and review treatment plans

Collaborate with additional treatment providers and other agencies to meet client needs

Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Coordinate and oversee any assigned programs

Conduct group sessions



Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

Familiarity with community resources

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong leadership qualities

Strong teamwork skills and personal initiative

Group facilitation skills

Public speaking skills are a plus
